Amber Henzi is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level with Yoga Alliance. She has an additional 125 hours of Bhakti Yoga training and was a Lululemon Ambassador for four years. She has been living and teaching yoga for eleven years in the bay area, ten of which have been full-time. Amber is married and has three fur babies. She considers travel her part-time hobby and has been all over the world. She recharges by being under the sky, whether it be at the ocean or in the trees on the mountains. On her days off you’ll typically find her outside. Before becoming a yoga teacher Amber studied Nutrition. She is a closet foodie, enjoys cooking and gardening, and will hardly ever turn down a good glass of champagne because life is a celebration. Within her yoga practice, Amber has a non-traditional, creative, and very playful style of teaching yoga but she packs a powerful punch through her messaging of real-life stories and emphasizes moving from the heart and from a compassionate place. Through the practice, Amber helps students find joy and laughter even through the most vigorous practice. Her commitment is to bring awareness into the community. “By finding humility and forgiveness in ourselves it becomes so much easier to come to love all of who we are. When we reach that love we can begin to feel better physically and spiritually. We are better equipped to be the change in which we hope to witness on this earth.”
