I first just want to say thank you!! for your interest in a monthly subscription to yoga with me. I feel lucky and blessed that I am still able to do what I love. Please reach out to me if there is any way I can help or support you as well during this challenging time.

How the subscription works is if you think, or you’re already taking 2 classes with me a week (or six a month) the subscription will save you some cash!!

Through the subscription you will have access to the sixteen classes I teach a month either live or recorded including Sundays throughout the month. Recently I decided I will no longer teach my Instagram Live class while I’m traveling. However, with the subscription you will get a Sunday class prerecorded anytime I’m out of town.

Currently the cost per month for the subscription is $80. If you take all 16 classes in the month that’s $5 per class.  You can cancel the subscription at any time. However, the price will be going up after I sign up my first 25 students.

I’m thrilled to be starting this next adventure in my yoga teaching career I am beyond grateful for the times I’ve been able to teach to you before this and I look forward to more opportunities to connect our yoga community.

Monthly Subscription unlimited classes: $80.00 per month.

Once I have received payment you will be sent log in information so you can take my classes as many times as you want.

Drop-in one class per class: $15.00.

Once I have received payment you will be sent log in information so you can take my class once.

10 Class Pass $100.00.

Once I have received payment contact me the day of the class that you wish to attend.

Amber Henzi is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level with Yoga Alliance. She has an additional 125 hours of Bhakti Yoga training and was a Lululemon Ambassador for four years. She has been living and teaching yoga for eleven years in the bay area, ten of which have been full time.

Amber is married and has three fur babies. She considers travel her part time hobby and has been all over the world. She recharges by being under the sky, whether it be at the ocean or in the trees on the mountains. On her days off you’ll typically find her outside. Before becoming a yoga teacher Amber studied Nutrition. She is a closet foodie, enjoys cooking and gardening and will hardly ever turn down a good glass of champagne, because life is a celebration.

Within her yoga practice Amber has a non traditional, creative and very playful style of teaching yoga but she packs a powerful punch through her messaging of real life stories and emphasizes on moving from the heart and from a compassionate place. Through the practice, Amber helps students find joy and laughter even through the most vigorous practice. Her commitment is to bring awareness into the community. “By finding humility and forgiveness in ourselves it becomes so much easier to come to love all of who we are. When we reach that love we can begin to feel better physically and spiritually. We are better equipped to be the change in which we hope to witness on this earth.”
