Foundations to Flow

This is something I’ve been wanting to put together since I started teaching from my home in 2020. Flow classes are by far my favorite, breath, movement and heat building. Flow is when my affair with yoga turned into a lifetime partnership. However, for beginners we need a good foundation first. I practiced for years before I fell in love with this faster, challenging, connection based practice. For others life all on its own can be quite demanding, sometimes we need to take things more slowly. Foundations to Flow offers more dialogue on variations, a chance for self study and reflection. It can also serve as a recovery class when you’re craving movement but you need a cooler, quieter class.

Here, classes have specific focuses on poses, shapes or movements that can be confusing in a group based class. Take your time, indulge and take it one breath at a time.
